I’m Devesh, a disciple of nature. Physics is everywhere in the Universe and is the “constitution of the universe” based on which the universe is going on. I’ve been a Physics lover since I was in class 8. For me, it has been something more than love. It has been a part of my life. Physics is my first sight love.
In class 8, when I listened to Physics word for the first time I started researching it and got interested in it. I was going in-depth in it still not getting everything understood. I kept trying. Till the end of class 9, I had a lot of information about Physics like its work area, branches and subbranches, major inventions, scientists, applications etc. I googled a lot for major theories like Relativity Theory, Quantum Field Theory etc. I also watched so many videos on Youtube. I was getting the point of Physics but did not have conceptual clarity because of English. As I was a student of Gujarati medium, I could not understand the concepts properly.
When the ‘Quantum’ word was introduced to me in class 9 for the first time, my life changed to view and understand the world. After reading about Quantum Physics and watching videos about it on Youtube, I had been getting understood. I got interested in Quantum, Nuclear, and Particle Physics. My attention was going towards theoretical physics instead of practical or engineering. I decided to do B.Sc in Physics and do more study to do a PhD. I also learned and remembered the Standard Model of Elementry Particle in class 9. I tried to understand Quantum field theory, Quantum Entengalment, Elementary Particles, Large Hadron Collider, Cosmology etc little bit.
By the end of class 10, I got a lot of information about IIT JEE. Then I also decided to do the preparation for JEE. I joined a well-known coaching institute in my city. But due to COVID-19, my batch started late. Even I had to learn online. I think this a one of the why I was going far from Science. I wanted to learn Physics by theories and feel it. But in the competition of JEE, my love and feeling were destroyed. Because it doesn't matter how conceptual you are, the thing which matter is to solve questions. I was going to leave Physics. But I couldn't leave without it. So, I decided to study it and get admission to a good college. I was doing questions just to get selected for NIT. I just wanted to study Physics and with help of it understand nature. But the education system is unable to understand my love. Now I'm sure that I will make this blog "Nature by Science" as popular as I can so that maximum people will be able to 'understand the Nature with help of Science'.
During my JEE preparation, I was frustrated with this education system. And I write this little poem for my first love 'Physics'.
Physics is not only about reading NCERT textbooks,
Physics is not only about solving numerical,
Physics is not only about doing practicals in a lab,
Physics is not only about completing journals,
Physics is not only about scoring full marks,
Physics is not only about going to IIT, NIT...,
Physics is not only about researching at ISRO, NASA...,
Physics is not only about Newton, Einstein, Tesla,
Physics is not only about space, black holes...,
Physics is not only about Hollywood's sci-fi movies,
Physics is a divine feeling that connects you to nature.
